7.
Tractor must never be used unintendedly.
8.
Tractor must be serviced and maintained in a timely and complete manner in
accordance with the instructions given in the instructions of use and manual come with
the tractor.
9.
Loose clothes must not be worn when working with tractor. Loose clothes may be
captured by the moving parts of tractor such as exposed joint, belt and pulley during
operation and cause serious accidents resulting with injury or death.
10.
The important mechanisms of tractor such as draw-bar, seat, clutch system,
wheels, brakes, control levers, steering mechanism must be checked and secured
before the operation.
11.
When working with devices
– equipment driven by a power take-off, shaft protector
and protective chains must be attached. Attaching direction of shaft must be observed.
Steps must be used when climbing on and off the tractor. Articulated shaft must be
preserved by mounting guard to cover the joints and then secured by attaching chain to
prevent the rotation of the guard. The protective casing of tractor power take-off must
be attached and power take-off protective sheet must close the joint of the articulated
shaft at least until the center.
When fitting the shaft, the side with tractor picture must be fitted to the power take-off.
Shaft spacing covering margin must be at least 10
– 15 cm for a shaft length of 1 m.
Periodic lubrication of the articulated shaft must be observed.
A shaft rotating at 540 rpm makes “9 rotations per second” and can wind a captured
object by 1.5 m. Therefore, pay specific attention that the shafts are guarded. Guarded
shaft is not adequate and the guard has to be fastened on an appropriate location with a
chain.
12.
Never stand “between tractor and equipment” when fitting equipment on the back
of tractor.
13.
It must be ensured that the device
– equipment fitted on the back of the tractor is
lowered completely before leaving when returning from the work.
14.
Tractor must be driven by a smooth clutch. Sudden and harsh stars may lead to tossing
and rearing especially when going up the hill or pulling a load.
15.
Never get on/off a moving tractor.
16.
At the end of the work, it must be ensured that brake pedals are connected to each
other. Otherwise, tractor is tossed in one direction dangerously in case of braking.
17.
If using equipment is needed with tractor, necessary front and/or back weights must
be fitted. Also, tires can be filled with water (if permitted by the manufacturer).
