APPLIANCE PREPARATION
1) INSERT BATTERIES
•
This device works with four 1.5V type AAA alkaline batteries
(not included).
•
Open the battery compartment to insert the batteries (Fig. 5).
•
Insert the batteries according to their polarity as indicated.
Close the cover.
•
Insert new batteries when the symbol ( ) blinks on the display.
Do not use new and old batteries at the same time, as this
could cause device malfunction and decrease the duration of
the batteries.

2) SELECT USER
Press button “SET” to select the user 1 or, then press button “ON/OFF” to
measure blood pressure.
3) UNIT CONVERSION
Two blood pressure units are available:
mm Hg (mmHg) and kPa (kPa).
This device is set for mmHg scale by default.
