PRECAUTIONS BEFORE USE
•
Consult your doctor in order to determine the more appropriate moment to measure your blood
pressure when taking medication.
•
For persons with problems of irregular or unstable peripheral circulation due to diabetes, liver dis-
eases, arteriosclerosis, etc., there may be fluctuations of the blood pressure values measured in the
upper part of the arm compared to those measured on the wrist. Please always consult a doctor to
get an accurate clinical picture.
•
Measurements can be compromised if this device is used close to televisions, microwave ovens, X
rays, cell phone equipment or other devices with powerful electric fields. Please use the device at a
sufficient distance or turn off the other devices to avoid this interference.
•
Consult your doctor if unexpected readings are obtained.
•
The obtained reading is probably slightly lower than the one measured at the hospital because of
a more relaxed condition.
