Processor There are no registered
processors for the

from the agent rejected. If the content processor for
the agent in question did
not register with the
content provider. The problem occurs if the
content processor is not
installed or fails to start.
Make sure you have
installed the product with
the correct installation
keycode. Try to restart the
product. Pay attention to
the alerts listed in the
Logfile.log.
1212 Error Processor Does
Not Respond The processor for
agent %1 does not
respond. The request
from the agent was
rejected. When the content
processor for the agent in
question does not respond
and/or cannot process the
content within the timeout
period. Make sure the content
processor is up and
running. Restart the product
if the problem persists.
