To scan and send all currently spooled messages, select F-Secure
Anti-Virus for Internet Mail / Operations / Flush Spool Directory and click
Start .
IMPORTANT: This setting must be defined
as Final with the Restriction Editor before the
policies are distributed. Otherwise the
setting will not be changed in the product.
Spool flush interval Specify how often F-Secure Anti-Virus for
Internet Mail should try to scan or send the
spooled e-mail messages.
If the sending or scanning of e-mail
messages has failed, this value is used.
Under normal operation the messages are
scanned and sent at once.
Low spool warning
threshold Specify the amount of free disk space (in
megabytes) that the disk where the Spool
Directory is should have. The default value is
500 megabytes. If the available free disk
space drops below the specified value, The
“
Low spool warning ” alert is sent to the
administrator.
Low spool error interval Specify the minimum amount of free disk
space that the disk where the spool directory
is must always have. The default value is
200 megabytes. If the available free disk
space drops below this value, The “
Low
spool error ” alert is sent.
Action if low spool error
threshold is exceeded Specifies how the product reacts if the
available free disk space drops below the
Low Spool Error Threshold.
