In addition to the main controls, Page 3 gives control for spray totals.
Spray Totals:
Spray Totals displays Product Sprayed, Distance Traveled, and Area Covered. These parameters are totalized
while the Distributor is spraying in Bar Circ with the Master Spray Switch on. They can all be hidden by tapping the
totals button to the left. Holding the same button for one second resets all totals to 0.
The totals will flash, indicating a reset has been done.
Log Spray Totals:
While Spray Totals are hidden, the Log Spray Totals control is visible.
The following parameters are tracked and stored to a file: timestamp; start and end of spray; spray totals; av
-
erage ground speed; average pump rate; total spray time; and minimum and maximum asphalt temperatures.
Tap ON to tell the touchscreen to begin logging spray totals parameters. These are continuously saved while the
Distributor is spraying. Tapping DONE will write the parameters to a file and reset logging for the next operation.
Selecting Move to USB will copy all spray total logs from the display to the display’s USB (
shown as reference
11 on page 14) and delete the logs from the display.
T
he spray totals log is a standard .CSV file viewable in Microsoft Excel. The file is named with the Distributor’s
Serial Number and the timestamp.
