Training tips
During training on our exercise machines, your heart rate should not exceed a certain
upper limit. Training in the aerobic range requires us to train below this limit. It can be
set according to a doctor's specifications, tests in performance diagnostics or general
rules of thumb.
The heart rate upper limit is calculated using the following rule of thumb:
180 - age = Heart rate upper limit
As an example, a 50-year-old man would have a maximum heart rate of 130 beats per
minute and a 30-year-old person of 150 bpm etc.
