Modes of operation
When you switch on your training machine, the main menu and the programme
selection will always appear first on the display. The choice "MANUAL" is selected
automatically. Push the PLUS and MINUS buttons to change the training mode.
Confirm this with START. The following modes can be chosen (depending on the
model):
To return from the submenu to the main menu, just press the STOP button once or
repeatedly.
Danger! If you have a cardiac pace maker, you should exercise in MANUAL mode
only!

MANUAL
In this mode, you can work out for any amount of time and choose any strain level that
pleases you.
1.
Push the PLUS/MINUS buttons until the programme MANUAL is selected.
Confirm your choice with the START button.
2.
You are now entering training mode. You may change the strain intensity in
steps of 5 Watts by pushing the PLUS and MINUS buttons. If you want to change
the strain intensity substantially, press and hold the PLUS or MINUS button.
3.
Stop the training by pressing the STOP button. The training parameters remain
on the display. By pushing the STOP-button one more time, you will return to the
main menu. The display will also return to the main menu automatically after 2
minutes if no action is carried out.
