3.0 Programmer – Getting Started Guide
3.1 Software Overview
The EPSILON5-MK4 programmer is supplied with a comprehensive Integrated Development
Environment (IDE) called the
‘EQTools Software Suite’
. This software supports creation and testing
of so-called
‘Standalone Programming Projects’
which can then be uploaded to the programmer for
use in
‘Standalone Mode’
. EQTools contains many separate utilities most of which are enabled as
standard for this programmer. Certain options such as compiling and running of
‘Programming
Scripts’
must be purchased from Equinox as a
‘License upgrade’
.
The table below details the various EQTools components and whether they are enabled as standard.
