Troubleshooting with LED Error Indications and EPSON Status Monitor 3 Messages

Cutter error (position)

Cutter error. Turn the printer off, and remove
any jammed paper. Wait a few minutes, then
turn the printer back on.

This error display occurs in either of the following
cases:

1. The cutter motor, when operated, does not run

normally.

2. The carriage of the cutter does not recognize the

home position.

Cutter error (jam)
