Paper is not ejected
smoothly.
“Unable to cut. Turn the printer
off, and remove any jammed
paper. Wait a few minutes, then
turn the printer back on.”

Paper Eject Roller
(inside the cutter
mechanism)
1. Check to see if the driving force from the PF Motor is
transmitted to the Paper Eject Roller.
1. Install the Paper Eject Roller and gears
properly.

Printer does not operate at all.

Power Supply
Board/Main Board
1. Check to see if the connector cable from the Power
Supply Board is connected to CN19 on the Main
Board.
2. Check to see if the connector cable from the Power
Supply Board is damaged.
1. Connect the connector cable.
2. Replace the Main Board with a new one.
*If the problem is not solved, replace the
Power Supply Board with a new one.
Although the printer operates
properly at power on, the
communication error display
occurs once a printing job is sent
to the printer.
Main Board
1. Check to see if a wrong model name has been input at
address 64H ~ 78H in EEPROM on the Main Board.
1. Write the correct model name by using the
adjustment program.
USB I/F cable
1. Check to see if the USB I/F cable is connected
between the printer and the PC.
1. Connect the USB I/F cable to the printer and
the PC.
Printer driver
1. Check to see if the Stylus Photo 925 printer driver is
used.
1. Install the Stylus Photo 925 printer driver.
