5.3.10 Memory card drive confirmation
It is possible to check whether the memory card drive is normal when the Main Board
is replaced.

Insert a memory card into the drive and click the [OK] button, and the condition of the
memory card drive will be displayed. “Memory card drive check is correctly
performed.” will be displayed when the memory card is normal. If an error message
has been displayed, the cause of the error can be as described below.
NOTE:
If the error is not cleared by every effort, replace the Main Board with a new
one.
The error messages in checking the memory card drive and the possible cause of each
error are as follows:
Error messages:
1.
Cannot acquire the memory card drive handle.
2.
Cannot acquire the memory card drive letter.
3.
Cannot open the epson.jpg file.
4.
Cannot reserve memory.
5.
Read error.
6.
Cannot copy the jpg file into the PC card.
7.
The copied jpg file in the PC card is not same as the original files.
Cause:
1.
The memory card drive is broken down or the printer driver has not been installed.
2.
The memory card drive is broken down or the printer driver has not been installed.
3.
The holder containing the adjustment program does not contain the jpg file of the
adjustment program.
4.
Insufficient memory of the PC
5.
The jpg file for memory card drive checking is broken down.
6.
The capacity of the memory card is insufficient or the memory card has not been
inserted properly.
7.
The size of the jpg file of the copied adjustment program is wrong.
