COVER ASSY FRONT
Open and close the COVER ASSY FRONT to check if the harnesses routed through the
DUCT DRV PH are under no-load conditions.
1.
Remove the screw (silver, 6 mm) that secures the ground wire, which is coming out of the COVER
ASSY FRONT, to the main unit.
2.
Disconnect the connector (P/J272) of the harness and the connector (P/J OP2, P/J OP3) of the
HARNESS ASSY-CON F. (The harnesses are coming out of the COVER ASSY FRONT.)
When performing the next step, be sure not to release the wire and harnesses from the DUCT
DRV PH near the COVER ASSY FRONT (to the left of the dotted line indicated with A).
Make sure that the protective tubes of the harnesses are not damaged. If they are
damaged, replace them with new ones.

When performing the next step, be sure not to release the wire and harnesses from the DUCT
DRV PH near the COVER ASSY FRONT (to the left of the dotted line indicated with A).
Make sure that the protective tubes of the harnesses are not damaged. If they are damaged,
replace them with new ones.
3.
Release the ground wire, harness, and HARNESS ASSY-CON F, which are coming out of the
COVER ASSY FRONT, from the DUCT DRV PH keeping them remain in it near the COVER
ASSY FRONT (to the left of the dotted line indicated with A).
Make sure that the ground wire (green), HARNESS ASSY-CON F (white), and HARNESS
ASSY FRONT COVER (black), which are coming out of the COVER ASSY FRONT, are
routed as shown in figure-B.
4.
Disconnect the connector (P/J236) of the SOLENOID FEED MSI.
5.
Release the harness of the SOLENOID FEED MSI and the HARNESS ASSY MSI NPP from the
DUCT DRV PH.
6.
Release the tab of the DUCT DRV PH, and remove the DUCT DRV PH together with the harness
from the DRIVE ASSY PH.
