8. Electric Installation
Caution!
Danger of electrical shock. In the case of an incorrect electrical connection
there is a danger of electric shock (also after installation works). Danger to life!
Make sure to observe the local legal requirements and codes. All works may be carried out only by
a licensed and appropriately qualified electrician.
All cable lines and connections inside cabin should have the proper humidity protection (IP65
class or higher). The steam generator should be connected to the control panel with the included
connection cable (see chapter Display Panel installation).
Make sure to observe the following wiring and connection diagrams.
8.1 Mains connection
The steam generator is fitted with a pre-mounted 2 m
mains cable with standard CEKON-type plug.
The generator should be connected to the matching type
socket (9 kW model - 16A type, 18 kW model - 32A type).
Note that each phase must be individually protected with
the appropriate fuse.
8.2 Control panel
Connect the control panel using the included connection cable to
the free S-Bus jack on the main board of the steam generator. See
page 18 for details.
8.3 Temperature sensors
The temperature sensor or the optional sensors should be con-
nected using the sensor cables to one of four „sensor“ jacks on the
main board of the steam generator. You can use any free jack.
The sensors will be automatically detected and configured. For
more details please refer to the chapter Sensor Installation.
