8.3 DTE Selection Signals
Dial number:
<number><+>
Dial specified number.
Dial address:
<.><address><+>
Dial number stored at specified store location.
Direct call registration:
<65></><1></><0></><number><-><+>
Enables the DTE to designate the number to which all calls will be
established when the selection signal phase is bypassed during call
verification. This programs the number into store 0 of the port
number store. Store 0 is always used as the default number if no
specific number is entered.
Direct call cancellation:
<65></><2><-><+>
Enables the DTE to delete the number from store 0. The DTE is
able to amend the designated address by performing a cancellation
procedure followed by a registration procedure.
Store number:
<66></><1></><address></><number><-><+>
Stores the number at the store location specified.
Cancel number:
<66></><2></><address><-><+>
Deletes the number from the store location specified.
Subaddress:
<9></><subaddress><-><+>
Sets a subaddress to be used by the next command.
The end of the command is indicated by <+>. If dial number or dial
address are used with other selection signals, they must be placed at the
end of the command string and preceded by <->. All the other selection
signals must be separated by <,>
e.g.
9/A004,66/1/08/123456-
This means store number and subaddress 123456/A004 at address 8
and then dial number 344313 with no subaddress.
