When the daily ISDN test has
passed or failed.
ALERT Line Active
When the state of the Leased
Circuit is detected as active.
ALERT Line Inactive <reason>
When the state of the Leased
Circuit is detected as active.
Reasons are:
Data loss
Clock loss
I/DSR loss
DCD loss
DCD interruptions
TalkWire.
ALERT Performing backup
When a backup call is being made.
ALERT Performing restore
When a circuit is being restored.

Other alarms are sent and these are called Events. Event format is
specific to the individual Application card, and is only output when that
card is actively polled (see the SBU Systems manual - Manager card
section for details of polling).
However more information can often be obtained about the application
card when it is polled.
