COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS – BUTTONS AND FUNCTIONS
START (C)
Press to start exercise at an initial speed of 1.0 km/h.
STOP / PAUSE (I)
Press the STOP/PAUSE to pause the program, or press the
STOP/PAUSE twice to stop exercise during workout time.
ENTER (F)
a. Press to confirm program and preset function values
during setting mode.
b. Press to run setting procedure before pressing the
START button.
SPEED UP / SPEED DOWN (H)
a. Press UP or DOWN to increase/decrease exercise speed
by 0.1 km/h.
b. Hold the button to rapidly increase/decrease speed
by 0.1 km/h per second. Release the button to STOP/
PAUSE the function.
c. Press to select programs and preset related function
value. Press Speed up button to increase exercise
speed by 0.1 km/h.
QUICK SPEED BUTTON (J)
Press to increase excise speed to 4/8/12/16 km/h quickly.
INCLINE UP / INCLINE DOWN (D)
Press to increase incline level from 0 to12.
QUICK INCLINE BUTTON (B)
Press to increase excise incline to 3/6/9/12 level quickly.
IWM BUTTON (E)
Press the “IWM” button, the light starts blinking.
AUDIO INPUT (G)
User can operate with external music devices by con-
necting it with the connector cable to the console.
MOTION CONTROL (A)
Press the button to switch the motion control on and off.
DISPLAY (K)
The display is divided into the following windows: Time/
weight, user, gender, age, height, recom. weight, speed,
distance, calories, pulse, program/incline.
