• Status signals→  152
– F : Failure
– C : Function check
– S : Out of specification
– M : Maintenance required
• Diagnostic behavior→  153
– : Alarm
– : Warning
• : Locking (the device is locked via the hardware )
• : Communication (communication via remote operation is active)
