Replace particle filters in the gas inlets
WARNING
Risk of explosion and fire when swapping the gas connections! Always connect the gas
lines correctly and set the required gas pressures.
The gas inlets "Ar" and "O
2
" on the rear of the multi X 2500 are equipped with a
particle filter. The particle filter must be replaced once the process gases can no longer
be set to the target value (check for messages in the software) and potential leaks
within the system have been excluded.
1.
Switch off the multi X 2500 and the chlorine module and pull the mains plug from
the connections.
2.
Cut the gas supply at the shut-off valve.
3.
Disconnect the chlorine module and the sample introduction module from the
multi X 2500 and carefully push them to the side to gain access to the rear of the
device.
4.
Pull the gas hose from the connection terminal on the rear panel of the
multi X 2500. When doing this, press the red ring.
5.
Unscrew the gas connections using a
13-mm open-end wrench.
