Leistungsbereich nach 1.4 keinesfalls

is uneven, the workstation may tip

before starting work with it and after
you have changed its configuration.

Une charge mal répartie peut faire
basculer le poste mobile et les appa-
reils peuvent tomber à terre.
Avant toute mise en service ou après

chaque modification des équipe-
ments, veiller à la stabilité du poste
concernant le renversement.

achten.
Schwere Gegenstände möglichst unten

im Gerätewagen einbauen.
Beladung von unten nach oben aufbauen.

Payload
Do not exceed the maximum gross

weight of the mobile workstation and
the maximum payload of the various
components.
The total payload must not exceed the

maximum gross weight.
When fitting equipment on the mobile
•
workstation, ensure that you distribute
the loads evenly.
Install heavy items at the bottom of the
•
mobile workstation wherever possible.
Build up the load from bottom to top.

Tipping stability
Charge
Ne pas dépasser le poids total autorisé
•

La somme des différentes charges ne doit

pas dépasser le poids total autorisé !
Lors de l’équipement du poste mobile,
•
veiller à une répartition régulière des
charges.
Dans la mesure du possible, installer les
•
objets lourds dans la partie inférieure du
poste mobile.
Installer la charge en commençant par le
•
bas et en finissant par le haut.
Stabilité contre le renversement
Sicherstellen, dass der beladene Geräte-

wagen in allen vier Richtungen auf einer
schrägen Ebene mit 10° Neigung nicht
umkippt und von den Feststellbremsen
gehalten wird.
Wird die Kippstabilität nicht erreicht oder
die Kraft der Feststellbremsen reicht nicht
aus, um den beladenen Gerätewagen auf
einer schiefen Ebene von 10° zu halten:
Den Gerätewagen auf einer Ebene mit 5°
•
Neigung prüfen.
Den Gerätewagen gut sichtbar mit einem
•
Hinweis auf die 5°-Grenze kennzeichnen.
Check that the loaded mobile work station
will not tip in all four directions at a gradient
of 10° and can be held safely by the brakes.
If the mobile workstation is liable to tip over
or the force of the brakes is inadequate to
hold the loaded mobile workstation at a
gradient of 10°:
Test the mobile workstation at
•
a gradient of 5°.
Place a label on the mobile workstation in
•
a clearly visible position highlighting the
maximum 5° gradient.
S’assurer que le poste mobile chargé ne
•
se renverse pas dans les quatre directions
sur un sol incliné avec une pente à 10°
et qu‘il est maintenu par les freins de
stationnement.
Si la stabilité par rapport au renversement
n’est pas assurée ou si la force des freins de
stationnement n’est pas suffisante, pour
maintenir le poste mobile chargé sur un plan
incliné à 10° :
contrôler le poste mobile sur une pente
•
de 5°
apposer bien en vue sur le poste mobile
•
une indication signalant la limite des 5°.
