If this speed value is not increased, no start command is acknowledged after a stop
command until the deceleration ramp is over, time set in C51 is over and the inverter
is disabled.
Set C27=0 to disable this function.
If C51 is set to 0, the run command is locked because the sequence cannot be
terminated. Always set C51 other than 0 when using this function.
