Two-point calibration:
set zero and calibrate with one foil
recommended when measuring errors of
between 2 % of the measured value are
permitted. The given error range of the probe
of ± 2 µm should also be taken into account.
3.1.2 Saving calibration values
If the gauge is calibrated for a particular purpose,
the calibration values will be logged in memory until
changed.(See also section 3.1.8, ‘Stabilisation of
calibration values’).
If a calibration is to be altered using the same pro-
be, simply carr y out a new calibration. This
automatically deletes the previous calibration values
and saves the new ones for immediate use.
