2.2.2. D525

1. 

Disconnect mainboard connectors. Cable interconnection is described in particular chapter.

Note:  Some of connectors could be assured with sticker tape.
Note:  We recommend set cables according to original layout! It is necessary to memorize the layout before 

dismounting of PCB.

2. 

Mainboard is fixed to rear cover with seven screws. Release the screws and remove the board.

Note:  There is insulation pad under the mainboard seving as conductive insulation.
Note:  The two pieces of heat material stay sticked on the mainboard with cooling paste. Remove remains 

of the cooling paste before mainboard reassembly and spread sufficient of a new cooling paste. Heat 

material stick on particular components of the mainboard! Cooling is very important part of Uniq 150 

and omission occurs malfunction, respectively destruction of Uniq 150!

2.2.3. AD board FBA1665LV

1. 

Disconnect AD board connectors. Cable interconnection is described in particular chapter.

Note:  Some of connectors could be assured with sticker tape.
Note:  We recommend set cables according to original layout! It is necessary to memorize the layout before 

dismounting of PCB.

2. 

AD board is fixed to rear cover with three screws. Two of them M3 

×

 4 mm and one of M3 

×

 6 mm, 

marked with green arrow with pad owing to adjust the hight of column.

3. 

There is a holder fixed on AD board with screws and nuts, which is necessary to move on a new AD 

board during replace.

4. 

Screw M3 

×

 8 mm is fixed with nut with pad on the AD board and serves as support plate on the back 

cover. Also it is necessary to move it on the new board during replace.
