2.2.5 Scanning Apertures and Lenses
For optimum performance, protect the lenses of the GeoScan’s scanning
apertures from hard objects, fingerprints,
dust, etc.:
•
For short storage periods , rest the
scanner safely on a table like it is a
telephone handset.
•
For overnight or longer storage , store
the scanner in its provided
protective case.
