Troubleshooting

Cannot connect to Pi6500 Pro with Fiery Downloader 

If clients cannot connect to the Pi6500 Pro with Fiery Downloader, check the 
following:

• Pi6500 Pro Setup—the appropriate network protocol must be enabled, with the 

correct parameters (for example, for TCP/IP, the IP address, etc.), and you must 
have published the Print queue.
