6.3.6.2 Setting

Multiplication
To change the factor, proceed as follows:
With Up or Down key (held down for min. 2
seconds), select the factor (n).
The factor to be set starts flashing.
Set factor (n) as desired using the Up or
Down key.
The factor can be set to value between 1 & 9999.
Press the START/STOP key.
The set number is applied and the pump switches
to the operation mode.
The set factor is now shown on the display and is
processed simultaneously.
NOTE
If the newly set value is not confirm
within 10 seconds by pressing the
START/STOP key, the system reve
the previously set running value.

Lub-O-Mat
At adjustment “multiplication with 3” the
Lub-O-Mat
7,2 will have a flow capacity range of
approx. 50 - 360 l/h.
When stroke set at 100% the maximum concentration of 1,95% can be reached
NOTE
The pulse divisor or multiplier defines both, the maximum flow capacity and the maximum
reachable concentration.
The metering pumps have a maximum stroke number of 7320 per hour.
With the multiplication of the incoming water flow pulses you must be careful. Do not to
exceed the maximum stroke number.
6.3.7 Setting the pump stroke resp. metering quantity per stroke
NOTE
The pump capacity/pump stroke may be adjusted only while the system is in operation.
The stroke is set with the control knob (see Fig. 6.1, Pos.
1
). This selection can be used to
reduce the max. metering quantity of the pump from 100% to approx. 30%.
The
maximum concentration
will be reduced by the same proportion.
Example:
When the setting is as shown in chapter
, the maximum concentration of
the conveyor track lubrication solution is 1,95% when the pump stroke is set at
100%.
If the pump stroke is set at 40%, the concentration of the conveyor track
lubrication solution will be 0,4 x 1,95% = 0,78%.
