Contains the diagnostic data of the channels
1 to 8 of the analog input module.
Only those channels are supported that are
defined in attribute 111, "Number of
supported channels".
Attribute 128 contains the data for channel
1, attribute 135 for channel 8.
BYTE mode:
Bit 0: Mains suppression
0 = 50 Hz mains suppression
1 = 60 Hz mains suppression
Bit 1: value representation:
0 = Integer (15 Bit + sign)
1 = 12 Bit (left-justified)
Bit 2: Diagnose:
0 = release
1 = block
Bit 3:Channel:
0 = activate channel
1 = deactivate channel
Bit 4: Measurement mode:
0 = 2-wire
1 = 3-wire
Bit 5 to 7: reserved
