Set the frequency
3.4.3 List upper limit/lower limit
The steps of setting the list upper limit/lower limit:
1. Press the [Meas Setup] key.
2. Press [List sweep] function key.
3. Use the arrow key to select "LMT".
4. Use the function key to select the parameter which needs comparison as required
by the user (function keys: Parameters A, Parameter B and off).
5. Use the arrow key to select “lower limit”.
6. Enter the lower limit.
7. Use the arrow key to select "upper limit".
8. Enter the upper limit.
Note: If the user only configures the lower limit of the sweep point, then the DUT with
the selected main parameter or auxiliary parameter smaller than the lower limit is
estimated to be “low”. If the user only configures the upper limit of the sweep point, then
the DUT with the selected main parameter or auxiliary parameter larger than the upper
limit is estimated to be “high”.
