8.8.5 Changing the oil in the exciter housing
Loads may only be lifted by an expert/qualified person.
Do not use lifting points that are damaged or impaired in any way.
Only use lifting and lashing tackle with sufficient load bearing
capacity for the weight to be loaded.
Always use appropriate lifting tackle at the lifting points.
Use lifting tackle only in the specified loading direction.
Lifting tackle must not be damaged by machine parts.
When lifting the machine, make sure the load does not move in an
uncontrolled way. If necessary, hold the load steady with guide
ropes.
Perform this maintenance work at the latest after
one year.
NOTICE!
Components may get damaged!

Only change the oil at operating temperature.

Only use oil of the permitted specification

Attach lifting tackle to the front lashing point.

Lift the machine at the front and support the front drum.

Secure the rear drum with a wheel chock.
