ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
5.3 Fitting the battery (DUPLEX 280i DC only)
Upon first use of the appliance the battery 17 needs to be charged (see section “6.2
Charging the battery (DUPLEX 280i DC only)” ).
To fit the battery, proceed as follows:
1) Insert the battery 17 on the anodised rod of the handle 3 ;
2) Screw the knob 18 to fasten the battery 17 ;

WARNING
If the battery (17) is charged you can start the appliance.
ELECTRICAL HAZARD!
Disconnect the appliance from the battery power supply before
removing the battery.
To remove the battery, follow the assembly instructions in the reverse order.
