PROTECT ERR
Cause
The operation is executed under the following security
condition of the device.
(1) Erasing or programing is executed when erase
inhibition is set to the device.
(2) Erasing or programming is executed to the partial
area when erase inhibition is set to the device.
(3) Reading is executed when read inhibition is set to
the device.
Measure
(1) You cannot program the flash memory with the flash
programmer.
(2) Program after Erasing whole area.
(3) Program after setting to permit the security setting
of YDD file.

NO ALL AREA ERR
Cause
The area of executing the device function is not whole
area when executing E. P. R. in the following
conditions.
(1) Any of the security setting is set to inhibit when the
device is in command protection mode.
(2) The serial programming ID for the device and the
serial programming ID for YDD file setting are
different when the device is in ID authentication
mode.
(3) YDD file serial programming operation mode setting
is in command protection mode when the device is in
ID authentication mode.
Measure
Refer to any of the following or set the area to execute
the device functions to the whole area.
(1) You cannot execute E

area.
(2) Set the serial programming ID for YDD file setting
same as the serial programming ID for the device.
(3) Set YDD file serial programming operation mode
setting to ID authentication mode.

NO SET ID ERR
Cause
Serial programming ID for setting is not set to YDD file.
Measure
Check the contents of YDD file.

Cause
Security setting is not set to YDD file.
Measure
Check the contents of YDD file.

NO OPT DATA ERR
Cause
Option byte setting is not set to YDD file.
Measure
Check the contents of YDD file.

FREQ SETTING ERR
Cause
The frequency is out of the operation range.
Measure
Check the input frequency, multiplication, and clock
division.
