6. Object File Programming Function
6.1. Overview
NET IMPRESS has virtual memory for the target microcomputer in the control module folder.
Usually NET IMPRESS downloads the data to be programmed to the buffer memory inside the
control module in object file download function, and programs the contents of the buffer memory
to the target microcomputer following program range setting.
The buffer memory data is programmed into microcomputer without any changes, therefore, the
data without the address in the object file is also programmed. (Normal Mode)
This control module has the function to program only the address which object file data is
existed. (Object File Programming Mode)
The smallest unit of programming into microcomputer for Code Flash1/2 or User Boot Flash is
256 byte. For Data Flash is 16 byte. You cannot omit to program smaller than the units.
6.2. Setting Object File Programming Function
When you use the object file programming function with FR830, change the parameter setting
by following steps below.
How to set:
The following window is displayed when you select Parameter Table2 tab. Enter “AF200” and
then click the OK button.
