4.2.1. Setting Up Serial Programming Operation Mode

ID Authentication Mode
Set the data described in section 4.2.6. “Set Up the Serial Programming ID for Setting” as ID
for serial programing, OCD, test, and self-programming. ID authentication mode is activated
from next operation after you reset microcomputer.

Command Protection Mode
Command protection mode is activated from next time operation after you reset
microcomputer.
4.2.2. Setting Up OCD ID
(You do not need to make this setting if you do not use OCD ID.)
When you use the ID for OCD, test, and self-programming, set the following values.

When you set the above values, the data mentioned in section 4.2.6 “Set Up the Serial
Programming ID for Setting” is set for the ID for OCD, test, and self-programing.
*When Data is not 00h, the error is output, and the device function is stopped.
* Regardless above setting, when you place the serial programming operation mode in ID
authentication, the serial programming ID which is required to set the microcomputer in ID
authentication mode are automatically allocated to OCD, test, and self-programming.
4.2.3. Security Setting
You do not need set up this for ID authentication mode.
