7.2 Explanaon of the display
7.2.1 Device status message shortly aer powering-up the 300 LPC LR-
Cal
Directly aer the instrument is switched on, the following status messages are displayed briefly:
a) The 24 V voltage supply (available on the top edge of the instrument) can be switched on or
off during the configuraon of each operang mode. If it is not needed for a measurement,
then it should be switched off, in order to save energy.
b) Current ba ery level (see chapter 7.4.5 „ addional menu items: -Configuraon“). SETUP LPC
c) Height difference in mm
In the „ | -Configuraon“ menu, the height difference between the test specimen SETUP LPC
and the reference pressure sensor is set. This value prompts an automac correcon LPC-S
calculaon, which eliminates any pressure difference caused ba a head pressure. This value
must be correct for the following measuring procedure and/or be adjusted accordingly in the
„
| -Configuraon“ menu (see chapter 7.4.5 „ addional menu items: - SETUP LPC SETUP LPC
Configuraon“).
d) Temperature in °C
In the „ | -Configuraon“ menu, the temperature (ambient temperature) is SETUP LPC
entered. This value can be adjusted accordingly in the „ | -Configuraon“ menu SETUP LPC
(see chapter 7.4.5 „ addional menu items: -Configuraon“). SETUP LPC
e) Current date of the integrated real-me clock
In the „ | -Configuraon“ menu, the date of the real-me clock is set, which later SETUP LPC
marked on the calibraon cerficate (using the oponal -Cal soware). This value must be LPC
correct for the following measuring procedure in mode and/or be adjusted CALIBRATION
accordingly in the „ | -Configuraon“ menu (see chapter 7.4.5 „ addional SETUP LPC SETUP
menu items: -Configuraon“). LPC
