Alarm at approx. 55 bar
Battery Charge
Remove PSS BG 4 RP from RZ 7000
Deactivate Bodyguard
Insert protective cap
High Pressure Leak Test
(optional)
Open cylinder
≥ 165 bar
Close Open
Constant Metering
Valve & Bypass
Insert protective cap on relief valve
Shortly press red button
flow between 1,5 and 1,9 L/min
Minimum Valve
Remove protective cap
flow noise between
0,1 and 4,5 mbar
Drain Valve
Insert protective cap on relief valve
Pump to fill system
opens between 10 and 25 mbar
Leak Test
Reduce pressure to 7 + 0,5 mbar
Press OK button
pressure difference ≤ 1 mbar/min
Relief Valve
Remove protective cap from
relief valve
Pump to activate
opens between 7 and 9 mbar
Low Pressure Warning
Pump slowly
Alarm before 1,4 mbar
Inhalation Valve
Close exhalation hose
≥ 10 mbar must be reached
Exhalation Valve
Close inhalation hose
≤ -10 mbar must be reached
