Pull out the tray as in step 1 for
inserting the UIM, and remove it.

If the UIM slot cover comes off:

Inserting

the
UIM

(FOMA

Card)

UIM slot cover

Without removing the tray from the

FOMA terminal, align the UIM slot

cover with the card slot and press the

cover in.

Removing the UIM

Press in as far as it goes.

●

Close firmly until it clicks.

●

Insert the UIM properly following the procedure. Trying to insert or remove it by force may

damage the UIM.

●

When inserting or removing the UIM, do not touch or damage the IC portion.

●

Be careful not to lose the UIM after removing it.
