Other points to be noted

Make sure not to modify the FOMA terminal or its accessories.
・
It may result in fire, injury, or malfunction.
・
The technical standard for the FOMA terminal and UIM is legally specified so as to prevent radio wave
interference or network failure. Accordingly, the FOMA terminal and UIM which do not conform to the
technical standard cannot be used.
・
We accept the repair of modified (parts replacement, modification, painting, etc.) FOMA terminals only
after modification is returned to the original condition (DoCoMo genuine product). However, repair may not
be accepted depending on how you modified the terminal.
・
In case of failure or damage due to modification, a repair cost is charged even during the warranty period.

Do not detach the nameplate sticker attached to your FOMA terminal.
The nameplate sticker certifies the technical standard. If the nameplate sticker is intentionally detached or
replaced, and the details cannot be confirmed, we cannot verify the conformance to the technical
standard. In that case, we may be unable to accept the repair.
●
Information such as the settings for each function is liable to be reset or cleared owing to malfunction,
repairs, or other mishandling of the FOMA terminal. If this happens, you will need to set the functions
again.
●
If the FOMA terminal gets wet or becomes moist, remove it from the PC or PDA and promptly bring the
FOMA terminal to a repair counter specified by DoCoMo. However, the FOMA terminal may not be
repaired depending on its condition.
