When running at 29.97 FPS, the frame counter does not match real-time. One second at 29.97 FPS is a bit longer
than a real-time second. Therefore, the LTC time lags behind real time after a while. To prevent this, the LTC
generator can re-sync the frame-counter. The LTC generator can do this in three modes: NONE, CONFIRM mode
and AUTO mode. When NONE is selected, the frame-counter never resets (you can reset the frame counter
manually from the LTC main menu). In CONFIRM mode, the PT5300 will ask for confirmation at the time specified in
the SYNCMODE menu. In AUTO mode, the frame counter re-syncs automatically, at the time specified in the
SYNCMODE menu.
