To obtain a list

on XWEB support section or you can click

Local Printer
After selecting Local Printer you have to select a Device where the printer is physically connected.
This selection has to be done with the listbox called Device. After that, you have to select the driver for your
printer. If the model of your printer is written with black, the printer should be supported by GNU/Linux
community, otherwise if the model is written in gray the printer cannot be supported (a dialog gives you this
message).
If the model of your printer doesn‟t appear you can try to select a model that appear nearby on the
list.
Windows Network Printer
After selecting Windows Network Printer the system will perform a network printer scanning. After a
while (depending on the network dimension) the listbox will be populated and you should be able to see your
printer. If your printer is not visible on the list, you should repeat the scanning procedure otherwise the printer
is not compatible with XWEB. After that, like for local printer you have to select the driver for your printer. If the
model of your printer is written with black, the printer should be supported by GNU/Linux community,
otherwise if the model is written in gray the printer cannot be supported (a dialog gives you this message). If
the model of your printer doesn‟t appear you can try to select a model that appear nearby on the list.
