1. Power the printer ON and remove the top cover.
2. Remove the ribbon cassette.
3. Thoroughly brush and vacuum all accessible areas to remove any paper
flock and dust.
4. Clean the platen's surface, the paper pressure rollers and the transport
rollers using the platen cleaner. In order to access the transport rollers
loosen the green screws and remove the metal bar with the metal rollers.
5. Clean the covers and the operator panel with a damp, lint-free cloth. Do not
use cleaning solvents or excessive amounts of water.
6. Insert the ribbon cassette.
7. Remount the top cover.
