5.2 Types of Tests
DECmpp 12000/Sx diagnostics consist of two sets of programs: test suites and
individual tests.
5.2.1 Test Suites
The DECmpp 12000/Sx contains two test suites,
acu_diag
and
pe_diag
. Run
acu_diag
, then
pe_diag
. The individual tests are described in Section 5.2.2. Total
time for executing the full suite of diagnostics in a 4K PE system is approximately
45 minutes in default mode.

The

suite tests the ACU PCB. It runs the following tests in the order
