FORMATTING THE FLASH IS
FINAL AND ANY AUDIO
CONTAINED ON THE UNIT
PRIOR TO FORMATTING
CANNOT BE RECOVERED.
NOTE: It is not necessary to format the SSABR G2 unit’s flash memory if tracks are listed in the track list as being
“incomplete”. After the flash image is downloaded the unit will be reset to an empty state ready for further recording.
The
Manual Firmware Update
button starts the manual firmware update process. After this button is
clicked a window will appear where the path to the new firmware file is located.

Use this option only if directed to do so by Digital Audio Corporation. Normally, the firmware will be
updated automatically as needed when a SSABR G2 performs a download operation via a newer version of
the CDU.
Clicking the
OK
button will close the Options Window and apply the default settings. Clicking the
Cancel
button will close the window without applying the new settings.
