A checkbox in the CDW Welcome screen will allow you to select if you wish to be presented with the
CDW each time upon running the CDU. If you prefer to be presented with the Main Window
(Section 4.2), uncheck this checkbox and click
Cancel
. Click the
Cancel
button at any time while
using the CDW to be returned to the Main Window.
After clicking
Next
from the
Welcome
screen
the next screen displayed will depend upon whether or
not the attached SSABR G2 unit contains recorded audio or is empty. If it contains recorded audio
you will begin the process of downloading the recorded audio. If the SSABR G2 unit is empty you will
begin the process of configuring the unit for further recording. The wizard will guide you through the
rest of the configuration and download process.

MAIN WINDOW

The Main Window is the advanced interface for both configuring and downloading the SSABR G2 audio.
The Main Window displays the contents of the USB connected SSABR G2.
If a SSABR G2 unit is not connected, the Main Window will display “No SSABR G2 Detected”. If the
SSABR G2 unit is empty (no tracks are recorded) the CDU window will display “SSABR G2 Unit
Contains No Data”.
If the SSABR G2 unit contains recorded tracks, a table will be displayed showing each track and
information about that track. There are six columns in the contents table displaying the track number, the
date when the recording started, the time when the recording started, the date when the recording ended,
the time when the recording ended, and the duration of the recording.
The time and date displayed is the time the track was recorded, relative to the current time zone that the
computer is configured for. For example, if the unit was configured on a computer on the East Coast
