To add a schedule in the
Scheduling
tab select a valid
Start Date and Time
and a valid
Stop Date and
Time
. The CDU will inform you if a start or stop time is invalid. For example, a start time cannot be set
before the current time and date. The default duration of a scheduled event is one hour. Use the
Start
Time
and
Stop Time
entry fields to select the duration of the recording. Changing the start and stop times
will update the
Duration
and
Record Time Available (est.)
display boxes. The
Record Time Available
(est.)
box uses the
Record Mode
settings to determine the estimated amount of time for recording. You
may add schedules that exceed or approach the total estimated record time, but these scheduled recordings
may not occur if the SSABR G2 unit is full. If the SSABR G2 unit is recording a track and the available
memory runs out, the recording will be ended without loss of the previously recorded data in that track.
The
Scheduled Record Times
list shows the schedules as they are added and changed. Once you have
selected a start and stop record date and time, click the
Add
button to append a schedule to the list. If the
schedule is not valid, a message will appear informing you which item is incorrect. You will see the new
item appear in the list. As additional items are added they will be sorted in chronological order.
To change an item in the list, highlight the item by clicking on it. You will see the
Start Date and Time
and
Stop Date and Time
entry areas updated with the selected schedules properties. You may then change the
schedule and click the
Update Item
button to change the scheduled item.
To remove an item from the schedule first highlight the scheduled item then click the
Remove Item
button.
Use the
Remove All
button to clear the schedule.
