W arning: To avoid har m to you or d amag ed to the Meter, do not attemp t to measure voltages higher
than 60V in DC or 30V rms in AC alth ough readings may be obtained.
To measure temperature, connect the Meter as f ollows:
7. Insert the red tem perature int o the

terminal and the black temperat ure probe into the

t erm inal.
8. Set the rotary switch to °C.
9. Plac e the tem perature probe to the object being m eas ured.

The Meter dis play s “1” when there is no temperature probe connection.

The inc luded temperature probe can only be measured up to 250°C. For any measurement higher than that, the
rod ty pe temperature probe m ust be used instead.

When t emperature m eas urement has been c om plet ed, disc onnect the connection bet ween the testing leads and
the circ uit under test.
