Warning: To avoid harms to you or damages to th e Meter, do not attempt to measure voltages higher
than 60V in DC or 30V rms in AC although readings may b e obtained.
When the frequency signal to b e tested is higher than 30V r ms, the Meter cannot gu ar antee accuracy
of the measurement.
To measure f requency, connect the Meter as f ollows:
7. Insert the red test lead into t he

terminal.
8. Set the rotary switch to an appropriate meas urem ent position in

range.
9. Connect the test leads across with the object being measured.
