Connect the cable as per wiring diagram
supplied with the liftgate.
For the battery & ground cables, lead the
cables through the entry seal. Use one of
the wider channels.
Route the cables in such a way that it
cannot be damaged or pinched.
As alternative, 2 rubber grummets are
available through which the battery &
ground cables can be lead inside the
power pack.
To guarantee adequate sealing, make sure
all rubber grummets are repositioned
correctly after passing the cables.
A- If no main battery disconnect
switch, connect the battery cable to the
incoming terminal of the starter solenoid.
[see B- below]
Connect the ground cable to the ground
terminal of the DC motor.
Tighten the nut of the incoming pole of the
starter solenoid by means of a hexagonal
key nr. 13.
Tighten the nut of the ground pole of the
DC motor by means of a hexagonal key nr.

Neatly arrange the various cables in their
assigned channels. Push them down into
the groove, make sure the cables don’t
overlap the vertical divider lips between the
various channels.
