For ALL: while the vehicle suspension is at its unloaded, neutral position, operate LEG DOWN to lower the hydraulic stabilizing
leg(s) fully until you hear the hydraulic system turn in over pressure.
•
Do NOT elevate the vehicle to force and line up the holes [# 1] in the stabilizing legs with a lower positioned hole [# 2] in the lift
frame. Join the holes [# 1] in the stabilizing legs with the higher positioned holes [# 2] in the lift frame, so that you end up with a
positive ground clearance d when the stabilizing legs are fully lowered down.
•
Follow the bolt instructions below to mount the stabilizing legs to the lift frame. Preferably use 4 bolts per stabilizing legs, a
minimum of 3 is required. If this is not possible, contact your national DHOLLANDIA distributor for further help (probably stabilizing
legs with a longer stroke). See contact info on page 4.
•
Maximise the spread between the bolts.
•
Operate LEG UP / LEG DOWN minimum 3 times to verify the set-up and operation of the hydraulic stabilizing legs.
•
Fasten all bolts and nuts with the required torque. (
See values for “shear”).
