• During the landing, all the LEDs are blinking red.
• Once the landing is completed, all the LEDs on the aircraft are solid green, except the
TAKE
OFF
LED which is off.
CAUTION
You can safely pick up the aircraft when the LEDs are solid green (except the
TAKE OFF
LED
which is off), not before.

The aircraft automatically detects the landing and notifies the
Delair Flight Deck
application. The
tablet then shows the post-flight checklist.
8.9.1
Abort landing
When something unexpected occurs during the landing phase before flaring, you can abort the
landing as demonstrated below (abort landing is possible down to an altitude of 15 m above the
predefined landing position).

Tap
ABORT LANDING
on the tablet.
The aircraft will climb again exactly as when it takes off.
The tablet shows again
READY FOR LANDING
and the
LAND NOW
button.

If required, adjust the landing location (landing spot, heading, direction of entry).

Tap
LAND NOW
when ready to retry the landing.
8.10
Completing the post-flight checklist
The aircraft automatically detects the landing and notifies the
Delair Flight Deck
application.
The application shows the post-flight checklist screen.
Carefully follow the instructions.
As part of the final steps in these instructions, you will notably be told to:
• switch off the aircraft with a long press on the
Power
button.
• switch off your
Delair Link
(when applicable).
• remove the battery (see
Removing the battery from the UX11 aircraft on page 62
• disassemble the aircraft (see
Disassembling the UX11 aircraft on page 63
Once the post-flight checklist is completed, the
Delair Flight Deck
application shows a flight
summary report, including several flight quality indicators.
This report can be displayed later at any moment from flight details.
8.11
Removing the battery from the UX11 aircraft

Put the UX11 aircraft upside down in a horizontal position on the supporting foam plate.

Remove the belly plate.

Disconnect and remove the battery: first unplug the balance cable, then the power cable.
