3.4.1 Mission preparation screens
When preparing a mission and scheduling a flight, the application will guide you through three main
steps:
1 Set the mission scope.
2 Download maps (for offline use on the field).
3 Schedule a flight.
Additionally, the following map controls can be found on the screen:
Icon Description
Wind direction
Tap and drag the arrow to indicate the wind heading.

Compass Sometimes during panning or zooming the map can be
angled. Tap this button to reset the map so North is at the
top of the screen.
Target Tap this button to center your current position on the
screen.
Aircraft Tap this button to center the location of the aircraft on the
screen.

This control is only active during flight scheduling.

This control is only visible during flight monitoring.
